A Long-Awaited Vision for a Connected Community

For years, the corner of Springdale Street and Dorothy Lane has sat vacant—an underutilized parcel with untapped potential. Now, that’s about to change.

Sycamore Creek Plaza with The Lofts at Westminster is a thoughtfully designed, mixed-use project that will transform this long-empty lot into a vibrant community hub rooted in the heart of Westminster.

Anticipated to break ground in 2026, this walkable village-style destination will feature:

  • Eight new commercial and restaurant spaces,
  • Outdoor dining patios and gathering spaces
  • 213 new residential units in four-story buildings
  • A public plaza with a central fountain
  • Children’s playground and dog park
  • A signaled intersection to increase pedestrian and traffic safety
  • A community clubhouse, fitness center, and rooftop amenities
